I am an expert in diversity , participation and inclusion. I am invited to speak both nationally and internationally about increasing diversity in the creative industries.
As a working mum who runs her own company I am an advocate of flexible working and its benefits to society.
I specialise in clean language coaching and am currently coaching a range of clients specialising in people running their own businesses, women and young emerging female leaders.
Diverse City my company recently produced 'Breathe' a show that opened the Olympic sailing events on Weymouth beach to an audience of 11,000. I was a Clore Fellow 2011/12 and my own dynamic journey through coaching during my fellowship led me to train as an accredited coach. I am an action learning set facilitator and have worked for both the school for social entrepreneurs and the cultural leadership programme as a facilitator.
